Hello and welcome to Em's Creative Kitchen! I'm Emma, amateur chef / home cook / eater of all the foods. I'm based in Melbourne and love nothing more than experiencing the variety of amazing food and markets this city has to offer. I insist on taking a cooking class whenever I travel overseas and try to use these new skills and flavours to enhance my own cooking.
